  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features/Enhancements

  • The current billing cycle of the Tasks widget has been updated to display specific start and end dates in DD/MM/YY format, instead of the previously displayed text, "Since Plan Renewal." This allows you to see the time frame for your task usage's billing period on screen, rather than needing to refer to your contract. The date displayed is based on your locale.
  • Task Usage Email Notification
    • If you have exceeded your task limits, you get a Limit Exceeded Email. Once the first notification is sent, follow up notifications will be sent every x number of days, where x is the interval set by your Deltek admin.
    • If you have not exceeded your task limits but have passed your warning threshold, you get a Warning Email. Once the first notification is sent, follow up notifications will be sent every x number of days, where x is the interval set by your Deltek admin.
  • Task Usage Email Notification Reminder
    • If you receive task usage email notifications, Unionpoint will also periodically send follow-up emails if nothing has been done to remedy the issue.
  • Task Usage Email Notification Flag Reset
    • Your task usage limits and notifications will reset when your new billing period starts.
