Issue Quote Dialog Fields and Buttons

You use this dialog to choose an output template and an output format so that you can save and/or send the quote. Search for the quote that you want to output, display it on the Quotes page, then click the button at the bottom of the page.

Field	Description
Quote Template	Choose a quote template from the drop-down. The options that are available depend on the template designs that your TrafficLIVE administrator has added to your system.
Document Format	Enter a format type or choose one from the drop-down: PDF or HTML.
Send and Save Using Correspondence	Select this check box to save the quote and immediately send it as an attachment using Correspondence.
	Click to cancel the issue quote action.
	Click to run the issue quote action. You are prompted to save the quote.
