Quotes

The Quotes menu enables you to create and manage quotes. You construct quotes to quantify and underestand work to be undertaken, cost, profit, and margin information.

Quotes consist of:

• Activity/time charges for work performed.
• Purchases bought from a supplier/vendor.
• Expenses such as images, travel, and meals.

Quotes are optional; if they are not required, you can construct a job directly.

Quotes can be:

• Costed using a default rate or client-specific rate cards.
• Converted into foreign currency for client-facing presentation; however, TrafficLIVE always retains the underlying quotation in your agency's base currency.
• Turned into a client-facing PDF document in accordance with your agency's style.
• Converted into jobs or, if required, a job can be converted to or linked to a quote.

You can search your quotes, as well as view and analyze your sales pipeline.
