Preferences

Use this screen to specify your preference settings such as the Locale that you wish to use and the default screen that you wish to appear when you log into the system.  You can also designate the number of timesheets and/or expense reports that appear in your desktop. To access Preferences, click in the  Time & Expense toolbar.

When do I use the Preferences screen?

Use this screen any time you wish to change one of your preference settings.

The Preferences screen is a maintenance application.  It does not have any tabs because all information is collected on the one screen.

Depending on licensing, the following tabs are available in this screen:

• General: Select general system settings.

• Time: Select settings related to the Time Entry module.

• Expense: Select settings related to the Expense module.
