Employee Activity

Supervisors can use this screen to review the activity of their employees. They can drill down through the details of labor charges in various ways and can print a subtotaling report for all or selected employees who report to them.

When do I use the Employee Activity screen?

Use this screen any time you want to check employee activity.  

The Employee Activity screen tabs

The tabs available in this screen are Criteria and Results (Summary, Drill Down, and Detail).

Use the fields in the Criteria tab to select the search criteria for the drill-down results and report. The Results tab will display the employee activity results in a succession of drill-downs in accordance with the criteria selected. If you do not make any selections in the Drill-Down Options group box in the Criteria tab, the Results tab will display the Employee Summary table and you will have the option of drilling to the employee details. You can also print the activity from any of the drill-down levels displayed in the Results tab.
