The top of the screen displays a graphical representation of the drill-down as you move through the levels. Each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.
The employee information that displays in this Results tab table depends on the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab and the employee selected in the Results - Summary Level tab. The records are listed in timesheet cell date order.
This non-editable column displays the date on which the employee charged the hours.
If you selected a Column 1 in the Additional Detail Columns group box of the Criteria tab, this non-editable column will display the selected UDT information for the employee. The abbreviation for UDT01, UDT02, and UDT09 will display instead of the ID if your system is set up to use abbreviations. This is done on the UDT Options tab of the General Configuration screen.

This non-editable column displays the sum of regular hours, overtime hours, and cost-only hours for the employee for the timesheet cell date specified in the first column.
Select the comment indicator to the left of a row to view the read-only cell comments for that date. After you review the comments, select the Close pushbutton on the Cell Comments dialog to return to the detail employee information screen.
This non-editable field displays the total regular hours for the employee, excluding cost-only hours. Prorated hours display for the employee where applicable.
This non-editable field displays the total overtime hours for the employee, excluding cost-only hours. Prorated hours display for the employee where applicable.
Select the Preview/Print pushbutton to preview the employee activity report. A Print Employee Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print pushbutton is available on the summary level, all drill-down levels, and on this detail level screen. Select the Close pushbutton to close this screen and return to your splash screen.
