Use the Create Year function to add a year's worth of periods.
Row(s) of period information will display after you create the year. Select the Add Period function to add periods to the schedule. To edit an existing period, select the button to the left of the row then select the Edit Period function. To delete a row, select the button to the left of the row then select the Delete Period function.
Enter a unique year for this timesheet schedule code (e.g., 2004 for code FY04).
First End Date
Select a date from Calendar Lookup that you wish to use as the first ending period date in this timesheet schedule year.
Enter the number of periods that you wish to use in this timesheet schedule year.
Select one of the intervals. The default is No of Days with "7" as the number.
Select this radio button to create periods using normal semi-monthly end dates.
Select this radio button to create periods using normal month-end dates.
Select this radio button if you want to specify the number of days in each timesheet period. After selecting this radio button, enter the number of days in the field to the right.
The last end date will display after you select the Calculate button.
Select this pushbutton to calculate the Last End Date based on the provided First End Date, No of Periods, and Interval.
Select the OK pushbutton to close the Create Year dialog and to populate the Timesheet Schedules screen table with the year information.
The period column will start with "001" and increment by 1 for each period row.
The system will calculate the Start Date and End Date columns using information provided in the Create Year dialog box.
By default, the Open checkbox will not be selected, while all other checkboxes will be selected.
Select the Cancel pushbutton to close the Create Year dialog and return to the Timesheet Schedules screen.
