  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Twilio SMS Integration with Talent Management

You can integrate with Twilio SMS to exchange messages with candidates on the Deltek Talent Management Résumé Dashboard.

Twilio SMS integration allows Deltek Talent Management users to send messages to candidates and optionally, to receive messages from candidates directly from the Résumé Dashboard. This integration streamlines candidate communication by embedding messaging capabilities into the hiring workflow.

Configuration is managed in Deltek Talent Management by enabling the Send a Text Message feature and SMS Notification feature, and configuring the following Twilio SMS Provider credentials in System Settings > Notifications:

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token
  • Sender ID
