This is a catch-all error message triggered by Twilio integration issues that are not directly actionable by the client.

For example, when using a Twilio trial account, SMS messages can only be sent to verified personal numbers or the virtual number provided by Twilio. If you attempt to send a message to another number, you receive this error. The solution to this specific problem is to upgrade your Twilio account.

Please contact support for further assistance, as this type of error requires further investigation.
Invalid SMS (TXT) Provider

Twilio is not selected inSystem Settings > Notifications > SMS (Text) Provider .

Select Twilio and Update System Settings.
Invalid setup credential/s. Please check your SMS setup or contact your administrator for assistance.

One or more of the following Notifications System Settings (System Settings » Notifications) is incorrect:

  • Twilio account SID
  • Twilio auth token
  • Twilio service
Log into your Twilio account and verify these details on the dashboard and update System Settings, as required.
