Administrators view and manage appraisals for all the employees in Talent Management on the Appraisal Administration screen. The screen indicates who has appraisals and who does not, and provides access to functions such as viewing, launching, cancelling, deleting, and reactivating or re-opening appraisals, bulk actions such as bulk launching appraisals and bulk closing appraisals, reassigning appraisals, and sending employees a letter. |

Continuous Feedback |
Employees and Managers navigate to the Continuous Feedback feature, create and accept a meeting session, edit, delete, or add participants to a session, send messages in a session, sign-off and complete a session, and add the Continuous Feedback Widget to the Dashboard. |

Employee Recognition |
You can recognize the work of any employee at any time on the Give Recognition tab of the Employee Recognition Screen. Employee Recognition and the Employee Recognition Page sub-feature must be enabled before Employee Recognition displays on the Performance menu. |

Administrators create, edit, delete, and manage badges that align with the types of performance and values important to your company. Employees select badges when giving recognition. |
