Employee Recognition Screen
Use the Employee Recognition screen to acknowledge contributions made by one or more employee via Public and/or Private recognitions. Users can create and view recognitions here. Users with access to the Badge Management feature will have access to a Badge Management button in the upper right.
After a user adds or edits an Employee Recognition entry, a notification is sent to the employee, their manager, and the user who entered the recognition.

You can display the Employee Recognition screen on the Performance menu. - Contents of the Employee Recognition Screen
When the Employee Recognition Page feature is enabled two tabs display by default: the My Recognition tab, where users view recognitions they've given or received, and the Give Recognition tab, where users create new recognitions. To view the Public Recognition tab, where company-wide recognitions are visible, an administrator must enable the Public Recognition sub-feature for the entire company. To use Badge Management, your group must be given access to the Employee Recognition Badges sub-feature. - Give Recognition
You can recognize the work of any employee at any time on the Give Recognition tab of the Employee Recognition Screen. - Edit Employee Recognition
Use the Edit Employee Recognition screen to update a Recognition that you created. - View Details of an Employee Recognition
View details of recognitions, such as the employee name, recognition title and short description, and whether the recognition is marked Public or Private. - Delete an Employee Recognition as an Administrator
To ensure no employee posts inappropriate content on the Public Recognition tab, you can grant a group of administrators permission to delete recognitions. Users with Employee Recognition Deletion permission can view and delete any recognition in the company, including both Public and Private recognitions.
