Documents
You can upload documents and make these documents accessible to various groups within an organization.
The content available in the document library is not limited by the number of items that can be added to it; however, it does have a limit on the capacity amount allocated for your organization’s library.
Note:
By default, there is a ten (10) megabyte limit to the document library's content. This limit can be revised by changing the Maximum Upload Directory Size through System Settings.

The Directory Usage field displays a count of the total files uploaded against the maximum allowed size of the entire library, for example, 58.5KB / 10.0 MB. - Add a Document
