Issue a Vendor Hiring Order
For help in finding candidates for a position, you can issue a Vendor Hiring Order to one or more vendors.
To issue a Vendor Hiring Order:
- On the Manage Requisitions screen, click the More Options icon and then select Issue Vendor Hiring Order.
- Fill out the hiring order details and click Submit.
- To edit an existing Vendor Hiring Order, select it, click the Edit button, edit the hiring order details, and click Submit.

Vendors use this screen to view the hiring orders that have been issued to the logged in vendor, and to search for résumés, add resumes, and send feedback to recruiters. - View Vendor Hiring Order
You can view a requisition's Vendor Hiring Order through the VHO column of the Manage Requisitions screen. - Edit Vendor Hiring Order
You can edit an existing Vendor Hiring Order to help in finding candidates for a position. - Manage Vendor Candidates
You can manage the list of résumés submitted by the vendor for the hiring order using the Manage Vendor Candidates screen. You can accept or reject them in bulk from this screen. - Pending Submission to Recruiter Screen
This screen displays resumes added for the selected Hiring Order, and pending submission to the recruiter. - Candidates Submitted Screen
Use this screen to view the candidates submitted to the Hiring Order, and to take actions such as removing candidates or inviting candidates to an interview.
