Members Tab
The Members tab lists information about the project team members, such as job title and role on the team, and offers actions such as emailing a team member.
Columns
Column | Description |
---|---|
Members | This column lists the team members. Click team member names to view their Total Talent Profiles. These profiles, which include compensation and skill information, display in a separate window.
The team lead is denoted with . To change the team lead, click on another employee’s icon. |
Role | This displays the member’s role. For users with the proper permissions, an Edit icon displays. Click the icon and select a role from the list of roles defined by an administrator. |
Manager | This is the person managing the project. |
Job Title | This is the job title of the employee. |
Company/Division | This is the area of the company in which the member is based. |
Location | This is the team member’s geographic location. |
Actions
Note: The
Remove actions, as well as the capability to designate a team leader, are enabled only for users with Add Member permissions.
Button | Description |
---|---|
Assign as Team Lead | Click to designate an employee as the team lead. |
Remove Team Member | Click to remove the employee from the team. |
Click to open an email in your default email program, addressed to the employee. | |
Remove as Team Lead | Click to remove the employee’s team leader designation. |
