Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features

The settings in the Features section determine the functionality that is available in the site for each user group.

The majority of these settings will be handled by your Implementation Manager during the implementation process. However, once you have the site in production, you may want to change a feature setting to better accommodate your organization’s processes.

Note:

Enabling and disabling these settings may have a broader impact on the system functionality than intended, so it is important to plan for these changes.
