Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Gap Analysis: Jobs Report

Review the skills and competencies required of the job compared to selected employees.

The Gap Analysis Job report shows the skills and competencies of the job(s) selected compared to the employees in the organization. This report can help determine the training opportunities to aid employee growth within your organization.

Run the report by entering or selecting criteria in each field on the screen to narrow the report results and clicking Search.

The report shows the Skills and Competency information for each job on the list, the Skills and Competency Number of Employees that possess the skill/ competency, and the number represented as a Percentage of the Total Employees. Click the Download as CSV button to save the report. Click the Reports button to return to the list of reports.
