Career Paths Reports
Managers can run reports to help guide their employees in their career planning.
Hover over a link to view a description of the report's purpose.
- To search for a specific report, enter keywords in the Searchfield. The system searches on the report's name.
- To run a report, click on its name.
Types of Reports
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Average Performance Rating by Tenure | View a graphical report showing the percentage of employees in specific tenure groups, and the average performance scores for each group. |
| Bench Planning Summary | View a list of direct and matrix reports who have been nominated for a succession plan. |
| Career Development by Competency Performance | View employee scores for a particular competency and gauge employee involvement by project team, active career path, mentorship, and succession plan to determine participation level. |
| Career Path Participants with Curricula | View Career Plan participants by job, and view the curriculum participation and certifications for each employee. |
| Employees Without a Career Path | View a list of employees without a career path. |
| Potential Distribution | View the number of employees in each Potential Rating group, and see the group's percentage compared to total employees. |
| Gap Analysis: Employee | View a comparison of the skills and competencies entered for the selected employee to the job selected. |
| Gap Analysis: Jobs | View a list of all skills and competencies for a job, and the number of employees with these skills, including overall complete matches. |

View the career path participants for the selected job and review the curriculum participation and certifications for each participant. - Contents of the Employees Without a Career Path Report
A Career Path is a roadmap to a higher position within the organization, made up of different positions that you will need to occupy to attain your ultimate job. This report lists employees who have no career path defined. - Contents of the Potential Distribution Report
View the number of employees in each Potential Rating group and the group's percentage of the total employees.
