Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Filter Industry Data by Data Points

Filter industry data by data points to sharpen your focus and find key connections in your specified product listings.

You can use only supported widgets to filter industry data. For more information, see Dynamic Filtering for Industry Analytics.

To filter industry data by data points:

  1. Open the Industry Analytics page and view industry data.
  2. On the Industry Analytics page, select any of the following data points in the supported widgets:
    Widget Type Widget Action
    Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Widgets Source Click a section in the pie chart.
    Specpoint Data Widgets Project Building Type Specified Click a bar in the bar graph.
    Project Phase Specified Click a section in the pie chart.
    Project Location Specified Click a state in the map.
    Specpoint and Legacy Data Widgets Specified Last 6 Months Click a point in the line chart.
    Specified Over Time Click a point in the line chart.
    Specified by Product Type Click a bar in the bar graph.
  3. To exclude data in a chart, perform the following steps:
    1. Locate a data point in a supported widget.
    2. On the data point, right-click and click Exclude.
  4. View the resulting filtered industry data.
