Contents of the Account Settings Page

Use the contents of the Account Settings page to update information about your A/E firm.

Header Toolbar Contents

The following options are available on the header toolbar of the Account Settings page:

Item	Description
Page Title	This displays the name of the page that you are currently viewing.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel modifying the account information and discard your changes.
Save	Click this button to save and update account information.

Contents

The following fields are available on the Account settings page:

Field	Description
Account Name	This displays the registered name of your A/E firm.
Admin/Author Limit	This displays the maximum number of administrators and authors whose Status is Active or Pending Invite within your A/E firm account at any given time.
In Use	This displays the number of administrators and authors whose Status is currently Active or Pending Invite within your A/E firm.
Contributor Limit	This displays the maximum number of contributors whose Status is Active or Pending Invite within your A/E firm account at any given time. Note: The reviewer user permission will be available in a forthcoming release.
In Use	This displays the number of contributors whose Status is currently Active or Pending Invite within your A/E firm.
Subscription Expiration Date	This displays the date when your subscription to Specpoint expires.
Account Number	This displays your account number.
Display Name	Enter the display name of your A/E firm.
Public Phone Number	Select a country number format and enter your A/E firm's phone number.
Website	Enter the URL to your A/E firm's website.
Address 1	Enter the first line of your A/E firm's address.
Address 2	Enter the second line of your A/E firm's address, if applicable.
City	Enter the city where your A/E firm is located.
State/Province	Enter or select the state or province where your A/E firm is located.
Postal Code	Enter the postal code for your A/E firm's location.
Country	Select the country where your A/E firm is located.
Status	This displays whether your account is Active or Inactive.
Contact Name	This displays the name of the contact person for your A/E firm.
Contact Email	This displays the email address of your A/E firm's contact person.
Multifactor Authentication	Select to enable Multifactor Authentication for your firm.
Include my data in Research Map	Controls whether your project data appears in the Project Research Map. When turned off, project data is excluded from the map. Note: This option is not enabled by default for all firms. To enable this setting or for more information, contact your Deltek onboarder.
