Contents of the Project Overview Data Window

Use the contents of this window to view and filter family elements for a given project.

Navigate to the following contents:

Project Information - `Specpoint` Projects

The following table shows the available information for each publicly visible Specpoint project:

Field	Description
Window Title	This displays the following information: Project Overview Data label Last Updated Building Type State (abbreviated) or ZIP
Last Updated	This displays the date when the `A/E firm` last updated the project.
Project Phase	This displays the architectural design phase in which the project currently is.
Level of Specification	This displays the project's current level in the Level of Specification (LOS) schema that `Specpoint` conceptualized which complements Level of Development (LOD) and tracks progress and prioritization.
Construction Budget	This displays the budget range for the project's construction.
Building Type	This displays type of the building or purpose for which the building will be used.
Construction Type	This displays the types of materials used in the project's construction and structure's resistance to fire.
Contract Type	This displays the construction contract type for parties involved in the project's design and construction.
Sustainability	This displays the green building rating systems or environmental codes to which the project adheres.

Field	Description
Window Title	This displays the following information: Project Overview Data label Last Updated Building Type State (abbreviated) or ZIP
Last Updated	This displays the date when the `A/E firm` last updated the project.
Construction Budget	This displays the budget range for the project's construction.
Family Sources	This displays the base documents for the project's family elements and respective contents.
Sustainability	This displays the green building rating systems or environmental codes to which the project adheres.

The following table shows the available fields that you can use to view and filter the families:

Field	Description
Listed Manufacturers	To filter the `family` list based on `manufacturer`s that the `A/E firm` listed or specified in their project's `families`, select a `manufacturer`.
Manufacturers Specified	To filter the `family` list, select whether the `A/E firm` specified the selected `manufacturer` (in the Listed Manufacturers field) in their project's `families`.
Family Name	To filter the `family` list, enter a family name or some keywords.
Family Source	To filter the `family` list, enter a base document name.
Family List	This displays the project's `families` with each family's name and source. This list reflects the additions and removals that the `A/E firm` makes to the project's `families`. Click a `family` to open the Project Manufacturers window and view the `family`'s specified `manufacturer`s.
