Modify Product Listing Attributes

As a Deltek administrator, modify the attributes of a product listing to update a listing's state, status, listing type, and assigned users.

To modify the attributes of a product listing:

  1. Open a product listing for updating.
  2. One the Manage Listings page and in edit mode, set product listing state:
    1. Under STATE, click the current state.
    2. From list of states, select a state.
  3. Set product listing type:
    1. Under LISTING TYPE, click the current listing type.
    2. From list of listing types, select a listing type.
  4. Set product listing status:
    1. Under STATUS, click the current status.
    2. From list of statuses, select Active or Inactive.
  5. Set assigned Deltek users:
    1. Under ASSIGN DELTEK, click the names of users.
    2. From the list of users, select one or multiple users.
      To search for a user, enter a user's name in the SELECT field.
    3. To remove a user, click the x in the user pill. To clear all user selections, click Clear.
  6. Set assigned BPM users:
    1. Under ASSIGN BPM, click the names of users.
    2. From the list of users, select one or multiple users.
      To search for a user, enter a user's name in the SELECT field.
    3. To remove a user, click the x in the user pill. To clear all user selections, click Clear.
  7. Click Save.
