Manage Product Listing Documents

As a Deltek administrator or Deltek author, you can add, replace, and remove documents for a product listing.

To manage a product listing's documents:

  1. Open a product listing for updating.
  2. On the Manage Listing page and in edit mode, under DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS:
    You can upload or delete files for Full Length, Short Form, and Catalog documents as needed.
  3. To use a Product Specification document in place of a Full Length document and/or Short Form document, click Generate Product Specification.
    When you enable this option, this option displays in green with a check mark.
  4. Click Save.
