The following table shows the errors that you might encounter when you log in and the steps that you can take to resolve these errors:

"Failed to Login" | You entered an incorrect username and/or password | Reset your password. |
"The email address is not attached to a Specpoint account. Access has been terminated." | Your account is inactive. | Contact your Deltek administrator. |
