Contents of the Family Downloads Report
Use the contents of this report to generate, view, and download data on the family elements that A/E firms downloaded from Product MasterSpec and into their project specifications.

Report Parameters
Use the following report parameters to generate the report:
| Field | Description |

| Family | Select the family element that A/E firms downloaded from Product MasterSpec. |
| Starting Year | Select the year when the report data starts. |
Report Contents
The following elements are available in the bar chart:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Family Downloads | The vertical axis or y-axis represents the number of times A/E firms downloaded the family. |
| Month | The horizontal axis or x-axis represents the months in which the A/E firms downloaded the family. |
| Bar | This represents the exact number of times that the
A/E firms downloaded the family within a month of a given year. These bars have a color code to indicate the year when the family downloads occurred.

| Legend | This displays the color codes for the bars in this chart and indicates the respective year that each color code represents. |
Data Table Options
Use the following options to manage the report's data table:

| Show Data Table or Hide Data Table | Click this option to show or hide the data table of the report. |
| Search | Enter a value for which to search in any column of the data table.
Specpoint processes the search as you enter a value in this field. |

Data Table Contents
The following columns are available in the data table:

| Family Number | This column displays the unique number code for the family element. |
| Family Name | This column displays the name of the family element. |
| Month-Year | These columns display the number of family downloads within the set range of months in the selected year. |
