Contents of the Family Download Map Report
Use the contents of this report to generate, view, and download data on the family elements that A/E firms downloaded from Product MasterSpec grouped by location.
Report Parameters
Use the following report parameters to generate the report:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Family | Select the family element that A/E firms downloaded from Product MasterSpec. |
| Year | Select the year when the report data applies. |
| Months through | Select the month when the report data starts and the month when the report data ends. |
| Group data by | Select whether to group the report data by State or by City. |
Report Contents
The following elements are available in the heat map:
| Element | Description |

| Base Map | Use this map to view the area, geography, name, and other characteristics of the available locations. |
| Region Highlight | This element is available only if you select the State option. This highlight indicates that a region has family downloads. The color of the highlight depends on the number of family downloads in the region. Hover over a highlighted region to view its name and exact number of downloads. |
Check Mark  | This element is available only if you select the City option. This icon indicates that a city has family downloads. The color of the highlight depends on the number of family downloads in the city. Depending on the zoom level, the heat map groups cities together and displays a circle with the number of cities in the group. Hover over a marked city to view its name and exact number of downloads. |
| Zoom Controls (+ and -) | Click the + button to zoom in the map or click the - button to zoom out. |
Data Table Options
Use the following options to manage the report's data table:
| Option | Description |

| Show Data Table or Hide Data Table | Click this option to show or hide the data table of the report. |
| Search | Enter a value for which to search in any column of the data table. Specpoint processes the search as you enter a value in this field. |
Download | Click this button and select one of the following options to download the data table as a CSV or PDF file:

Data Table Contents
The following columns are available in the data table:
| Column | Description |

| Country | This column is available only if you select the City option. This column displays the country where the A/E firm's project, which uses the downloaded family, is located. |
| Region | This column displays the region or state where the A/E firm's project, which uses the downloaded family, is located. |
| City | This column is available only if you select the City option. This column displays the city where the A/E firm's project, which uses the downloaded family, is located. |
| Family Downloads | This column displays the number of family downloads within the set range of months in the selected year. |
