Content Management

Specpoint provides Deltek administrators, Deltek authors, and Deltek reviewers with features to manage baseline project content for project designers and specification writers of A/E firms.

Content management refers to reviewing and maintaining content updates that Deltek specification writers drafted for project elements, such as families and product types. When these drafts are ready, assigned Deltek users can use the available features to publish the content updates to the live environment. This allows project designers and specification writers to use the latest updated baseline content as a foundation for their A/E firms' project specifications.

A special A/E firm account, Deltek Content/Writers Team, is available for Deltek specification and content writers. This account enables the team to create projects with all content, both draft and published, and test the content updates on the A/E firm side of the platform.
