Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Product Decisions - Won Report

Use the contents of this report to generate, view, and download data on product decisions that A/E firms made for families and product types in their project specifications in which they selected your BPM's listings.

Navigate to the following contents:

Report Parameters

Use the following report parameters to generate the report:

Field Description
Family Select a family element under which the product decisions for the report belong.
Product Type Select a product type element under which the product decisions for the report belong.
Starting Year Select the year when the report data starts.

Report Contents

The following elements are available in the bar chart:

Element Description
Decisions Won The vertical axis or y-axis represents the number of product selection decisions for a family and/or product type that listings from your BPM won.
Month The horizontal axis or x-axis represents the months in which the A/E firms made the product decisions.
Bar This represents the exact number of all product decisions that listings from your BPM won within a month of a given year. These bars have a color code to indicate the year when the product decisions were made.

Hover over a bar to view its month, year, and exact number of product decisions.

Legend This displays the color codes for the bars in this chart and indicates the respective year that each color code represents.

Data Table Options

Use the following options to manage the report's data table:

Option Description
Show Data Table or Hide Data Table Click this option to show or hide the data table of the report.
Search Enter a value for which to search in any column of the data table.

Specpoint processes the search as you enter a value in this field.

Download Click this button and select one of the following options to download the data table as a CSV or PDF file:
  • Export as CSV
  • Export as PDF

Data Table Contents

The following columns are available in the data table:

Column Description
Family Number This column displays the unique number code for the family element.
Family Name This column displays the name of the family element.
Month-Year These columns display the number of product decisions that listings from your BPM won within a given month of a given year.
