Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View MasterSpec® Content Updates

Download and view the release notes for MasterSpec content updates to view information on the changes to the baseline content for your projects' families, sections, and product types.

To download and view release notes for MasterSpec content updates:

  1. On the top menu, click (Help) > MasterSpec Updates.
    Your computer automatically downloads the release notes as a PDF file.
  2. In your downloads folder, open and view the release notes for MasterSpec content updates.
