User Permissions
User permissions determine what individual users can access and perform in Specpoint based on their functions for their firm or company.
Each user has one user permission. User permissions provide users with access to the pages and options necessary to perform their specific tasks for their organization. User permissions also limit the access of each user within the scope of their tasks.
For example, in a BPM company, a BPM author can view, modify, and submit product listings on the Manage Listing page but cannot view, create, or edit users within the BPM.
The following permissions are available for a BPM:
- BPM administrator
- BPM author
- BPM reviewer Note: The reviewer user permission will be available in a forthcoming release.
Additionally, each account has a designated account administrator who sets up the BPM account and addresses technical aspects of Specpoint.
