Reset Password

If you forget your password or your password expires, you can verify your account using your email account and then reset your password.

To reset your password for Specpoint:

  1. In your browser, access the Specpoint Log In page.
  2. On the Log In page, click Forgot your password?.
  3. On the Forgot Password page, enter your Email Address.
  4. Click Send Verification Email.
  5. Access your email and view the verification code.
    If you cannot find the email with the code in your inbox, check your spam folder.

    The verification code expires after 20 minutes. If you did not receive a verification code or you did not change your password 20 minutes after the receipt of the verification code, click Resend Code to receive a new verification code.

  6. On the Forgot Password page, enter the Verification Code.
  7. Click Verify Code.
  8. After Specpoint verifies the code, click Continue.
  9. On the Forgot Password page, enter a new Password.
  10. In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again to confirm.
  11. Click Save.
