Resend User Invitation Email

Resend a user invite to a user who encountered an issue in receiving or accepting the user invitation email. You can only resend an invite to a user whose status is Pending Invite.

To resend a user invitation email:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Settings > Manage Users.
  2. On the User Management page, search for the user account for which to send the invite again. You can use the filter fields under each header to search for a user. For more information, see Filter User List.
    Tip: In the filter field of the Status header, select Pending Invite.
  3. In the row of the selected user account, click > Resend Invite.
