Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the My Company Page

Use the contents of the My Company page to view and manage information about your BPM and view summary information about your products.

Navigate to the following contents:

Header Toolbar Contents

The following options are available on the header toolbar of the My Company page:

Item Description

Page Title

This displays the name of the page that you are currently viewing.

Edit Mode Click this button to edit the contents of your BPM's Company page.

The following options are available in edit mode:

Option Description
Cancel Click this button to discard your changes and exit edit mode.
Save Click this button to save your changes and retain edit mode.
Save and Exit Click this button to save your changes and exit edit mode.

Page Contents

The following items are available in the content area of the My Company page:

Item Description
Cover Image This displays the cover image for your Company page.

As a BPM administrator, you can upload a new cover photo in edit mode. If you do not upload a cover image, this page displays a default cover image based on your BPM's product category with the most number of products.

Corporate Logo This displays your BPM's logo.

As a BPM administrator, you can upload a new logo for your BPM in edit mode.

Company Display Name This displays the name of your BPM.

To update the company display name, contact your Deltek administrator.

Address, Public Phone Number, and Website This displays the following information:
  • Address: This is the complete address of your BPM which consists of your BPM's address 1, address 2, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
  • Public Phone Number: This is the registered phone number of your BPM.
  • Website: This is the official website of your BPM. You can click this link to view the company website in your browser.

Who We Are This displays a brief description about your BPM and its products.

As a BPM administrator, you can enter the company description for your BPM in edit mode.

This text field supports text styles. The following options for styling the company description are available:

Option Description
Apply bold styling to the selected text or activate bold styling for new text.
Apply italic styling to the selected text or activate italic styling for new text.
Include the paragraph into a numbered list.
Include the paragraph into a bulleted list.
Increase the indent of the paragraph.
Decrease the indent of the paragraph.
Premium MasterSpec Listings This tile displays the number of product listings of listing type Premium MasterSpec that your BPM offers.

Click the number of listings to view the Premium MasterSpec listings on the Product Listings page.

Premium Listings This tile displays the number of product listings of listing type Premium that your BPM offers.

Click the number of listings to view the Premium listings on the Product Listings page.

Proprietary Listings This tile displays the number of product listings of listing type Premium Proprietary that your BPM offers.

Click the number of listings to view the Premium Proprietary listings on the Product Listings page.

Manufacturer Listings This tile displays the number of product listings of listing type Manufacturer that your BPM offers.

Click the number of listings to view the Manufacturer listings on the Product Listings page.

Listing Categories This tile displays the total number of product categories, lists all product categories that your BPM offers, and sorts these categories by product count. This tile lists each product category with the following information:
  • Default category image
  • Category name
  • Product count or the number products that your BPM offers under that category
You can perform the following actions on this tile:
  • Click a product category to view its respective product listings on the Product Listings page.
  • Click View All to view all product listings on the Product Listings page.
