Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Generate a Family Downloads Report

Generate and download a family downloads report to access data on the family elements that A/E firms downloaded from Product MasterSpec.

To generate and download a family downloads report:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Analytics > Legacy Analytics.
  2. On the Legacy Analytics page, click Product MasterSpec.
  3. Click Family Downloads.
  4. In the Family field, select a family element that A/E firms downloaded.
  5. In the Starting Year field, select a year to set when the report data starts.
  6. In the bar chart, view the report data on family downloads.
  7. Click Show Data Table.
  8. In the data table, view the report data on family downloads.
  9. Download the report data.
    • To download the report data as a CSV file, click > Export as CSV.
    • To download the report data as a PDF file, click > Export as PDF.
