Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete a Photo or Video

Delete a photo or video to remove an incorrect or outdated photo or video from your BPM's product listing.

Before you can perform this procedure, you must have a product listing opened on the Manage Listing page and in edit mode.

To delete a product listing's photo or video:

  1. In the main pane of the photos and videos portion, click > Edit Order.
  2. In the product photo and video upload window, click Gallery.
  3. On the Gallery tab, identify the photo or video to delete.
  4. In the row of the photo or video, click (delete icon).
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the Manage Listings page, click Save.
