Cancel Pending User Invitation

Cancel a pending user invitation to abort the creation of a user's Specpoint account. You can only cancel an invite if the user status is Pending Invite and the user has not confirmed the invitation.

When you cancel a user invitation, you free up an In Use count from your account's User Limit.

To cancel a pending user invitation:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Settings > Manage Users.
  2. On the User Management page, search for the user whose invitation you would like to cancel. You can use the filter fields under each header to search for a user. For more information, see Filter User List.
    Tip: In the filter field of the Status header, select Pending Invite.
  3. In the row of the selected user account, click > Cancel Invite.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
