Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Arrange Links

Arrange the links of your BPM's product listing to assign priority and exposure to more important linked resources.

Before you can perform this procedure, you must have a product listing opened on the Manage Listing page and in edit mode. Additionally, ensure that the product listing has multiple links.

To arrange product listing links:

  1. Under LINKS, identify the links that you want to move or reposition.
  2. For each link, click and drag its (grip icon) upwards or downwards to the desired position.
  3. Click Save.
