Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add a Video

Link a video to your BPM's product listing to share video content about the product such as demonstrations, tests, and marketing material.

Before you can perform this procedure, you must have a product listing opened on the Manage Listing page and in edit mode. Additionally, ensure that the product listing has less than 10 photos and/or videos.

Note: Videos hosted in some third-party platforms might have permission restrictions. Ensure that the videos for the products are publicly viewable to avoid issues when linked to Specpoint.

To add a video to a product listing:

  1. In the main pane of the photos and videos portion, click > Upload New Image / Video.
  2. In the product photo and video upload window, click Videos.
  3. If a blank Add YouTube or Vimeo link here * field is not available at the end of the list, click Add New Video.
  4. In the Add YouTube or Vimeo link here * field, enter or paste a link to the video for the product listing.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the Manage Listings page, click Save.
