Users Products Tab
Use this tab to display all installed Deltek products to which a selected user has been assigned.
It also helps you assign the user to a product.

| PRODUCT ID | This column displays the product ID. |
| LICENSE TYPE | This column displays the license type. |
| LICENSE KEY | This column displays the masked license key. |
| CLIENT NUMBER | This column displays the client number associated with the license key. |
| CLIENT NAME | This column displays the client name. |
| SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR |
Select this option to provide the selected user with access equivalent to that of the SYSADMIN user. After logging in, the actions the selected users can perform depend on the access granted to the groups to which they have been assigned. If they belong to multiple groups with assigned rights, PPM Administrator grants them the most permissive access among all their groups. Selecting this option makes the Security tab on the Groups form accessible for those users. Consequently, if the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR checkbox is selected in the Assign Users dialog box on the Licenses form, the same checkbox is also selected in the Products grid. This checkbox is visible and enabled if the logged-in user is a system administrator and when the user record is being assigned to PPM Administrator. |
