From File Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to import users from a .CSV file.

Field	Description
Select File to Import	Select the file that you want to import. You can also click the Browse button to search for and select the file.
File includes header row	If you want to import the first row as part of the user record, you can select this option. If you do not select this option, the application will disregard the first row during the import process.
Import	Click this button to import the selected file.
