Roles General Tab

Use this tab to create or modify a role profile on this tab.

Field Description
Role Description You can enter descriptive information about the role using up to 60 alphanumeric and special characters, including spaces. By default, this field is blank.
Manager

You can either enter or select a manager for the role in the list of all users defined in PPM Security.

To easily find a user, you can use the Search option at the bottom of the list. Selecting Search displays the Users Search dialog box.

  • To refine the results of your search, you can click Filter in the dialog box.
  • Clicking Select Record selects the highlighted user and returns you to the main page.
