Display the Log In Assistance Dialog Box

This procedure displays the Log In Assistance dialog box from the login screen.

To display the Login Assistance dialog box :

  1. Open the PPM Administrator login screen.
    The Forgot your password or User ID? link displays if you are not using Windows Authentication and email settings are configured .
  2. Click the Forgot your password or User ID? link.
