System Logins Tab

Use this tab to send a login message to users and to enable/disable logins to a specific product. These settings are useful to let users know there will be upcoming system maintenance and then to prevent users from accessing the system while the maintenance is underway.

Field Description
Product Tabs Every installed PPM product features its own corresponding tab. Navigate to any of these product tabs and set the appropriate options specific to that product:
  • ACUMEN TOUCHSTONE
  • COBRA
  • OPEN PLAN
  • PM COMPASS
  • WINSIGHT ANALYTICS
Note: All PPM product tabs use the same options and fields.
Disable Logins Select this option to disable logins for all users assigned to the selected product.
Display Logins Message Select this option to display a message for users when they log in to the selected product.
Login Message Enter the message that you want to display for users when they log in to the product. You can enter up to 250 characters.

If the Display Login Message option is selected, this field should not be empty.

Display Login Message Until Enter or select date when the login message expires. The date is based on the user's time zone.

If you do not specify the date, the login message will not expire.
