View a List of Currently Defined Users

Use this procedure to view a list of all defined users in PPM Administrator.

To view the list of defined users:

1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > Users.
   The Users Detail View displays.
2. At the upper right part of the form, click to switch to Users List View.
3. On Users List View, when there are a large number of defined users in the grid, you can click to filter the results to further refine the list that displays.
4. To add, remove, or change the order of the columns in the grid, click .
