Remove a User from a Product on the Users Form

Use this procedure to remove or unassign a user from a PPM product on the Users form in detail view.

To remove or unassign a user from a product:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > Users
  2. On the Users form, find and select an existing user that you want to remove from the product.
    You can use the Find User field at the top of Users Detail View or click at the upper-right corner of the grid on Users List View,
  3. On Users Detail View, select the Products tab.
    A grid with the PRODUCT, LICENSE TYPE, LICENSE KEY, CLIENT NUMBER, and CLIENT NAME columns displays.
  4. In the row with the product that you want to remove, click X.
