Delete a User
Use this procedure to delete a user on the Users form.
To delete a user:

In the Navigation pane, select
SECURITY > Users.
By default, Users Detail View displays.

On
Users Detail View, click
Other Actions, and select
Delete from the context menu.
You can also delete users on theUsers List View, which you can access by clicking at the upper portion of the form. Select the user from the grid, then click and select Delete from the context menu. Additionally, you can select one of more users, then click Other Actions and select Delete from the context menu.Note: To find users easily, you can either use the Find User field on Users Detail View or click the filter icon in the grid on Users List View (since the Find User field is disabled in this view).

In the confirmation dialog box, click
Delete.
If the selected user is an owner of an object, another dialog box displays prompting you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete.
Deleting the user also removes that user from their groups, revokes their assigned product licenses, reassigns or deletes the objects they owned or were assigned to, and terminates their user sessions.
Additionally, when the user you are deleting owns any workflows in PM Compass, a message displays informing you that the workflows will be reassigned to the person responsible for resolving workflow errors. PPM Administrator reassigns the user's objects to their Manager, Alternative Manager, or a SYSADMIN user. If the deleted user is a Manager or Alternative Manager for other users, PPM Administrator replaces them with their own Manager or Alternative Manager, or leave the field blank.
