Configure Azure OpenAI Settings

Use this procedure to enter valid Azure OpenAI credential information, allowing you to use the AI features in PPM products.

To configure Azure OpenAI settings:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > System.
    The System form displays with the AUTHENTICATION tab selected by default.
  2. Select the AI tab.
  3. On the AI tab, enter valid information in any of the fields.
  4. Click the Test Connection button.
  5. When you are done, click Save.
    Note: You can only test the connection if any of the fields contains a valid value. If all fields are left blank, testing the connection is not required, but you can still save the settings.
