Define Polling Interval

Use this procedure to define polling interval, which identifies the period when a PPM product checks a database for updates.

Setting a very small polling interval value could affect system performance.

To define polling interval:

1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > System.
   The System form displays with the AUTHENTICATION tab selected by default.
2. Select the POLLING tab.
3. On the POLLING tab, select or enter the appropriate values.
4. When you are done, click Save.
