Set a Minimum Length for a Login Password

Use this procedure to set a minimum length for a login password in PPM Administrator.

To set a minimum length for the logon password:

1. In the Navigation pane, click SECURITY > Password Policies.
2. On Password Policies, in the Password Strength drop-down list, select a value.
   Setting the password strength automatically sets the Password Complexity and Minimum Length values, except when the setting is Custom.
3. If you set the Password Strength to Custom, in the Minimum Length field, enter a numeric value not less than 3.
4. When you are done, click Save.
