Use the Find Field

You can enter search characters in the Find field at the top of the Users, Groups, or Roles form in detail view, or click the down arrow to search all available information.

To use the Find field:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select the area for the results you want to find. For example, under Security, click Users.
  2. In the Find field at the top of a form in detail view, do one of the following:
    • Click the down arrow and make a selection from the drop-down list
    • Enter one or more characters in the field to filter the list. Pause to allow time for the result to refresh and then make a selection from the filtered drop-down list.
    The Find field in list view is restricted to read-only mode, only indicating the count of records available.
  3. You can use the arrows to the right of the Find field to scroll through the search results.
