New Group Security Tab

This tab displays only when the currently logged-in user has been assigned as a system administrator in the user record, achieved by selecting the Security Administrator Privileges option on the Users General tab.

You can define whether an item should be enabled and/or visible for the group when its members log in to PPM Security. When you enable the parent item, all its child items are also enabled by default. However, you can define the permissions for each menu item individually.
  • Select the Visible option to make the item visible to the group.
  • Select the Enabled option to allow the group to use the menu item or perform the corresponding action.
